Op 14 november heeft een groepje enthousiaste Isisianen de bekende Glow route gelopen. 
Hierbij werd er chocolademelk met slagroom en een bier gezopen. 
Een fantastisch initiatief georganiseerd door Lieke Crooijmans en Hugo Hulleman. 
Helaas was niet heel de route gelopen volgens plan.
Echter is er genoten van de lichten en praal.

Tijdens het waggelen stond de gezelligheid centraal. 

Het was tijd om een balletje te stoten
en we hebben met zijn allen ervan genoten.
Op 16 november regende het hard en de buiten putten zouden bijna overstromen,
maar gelukkig wisten we na een paar trappen op te gaan bij de zaal te komen.
Beginners en specialisten zag je samen rond de tafels staan.
Arthur zette voor de spanning tijdens een potje ook nog eens een timer aan. 
Mensen schoten de ballen heel fier.

Waar o waar zouden we 18 tot 20 november met introkamp naartoe gaan om te schaatsen?
Er waren genoeg mogelijkheden voor locatie plaatsen. 
Eerst even een introductie quiz om aan elkaar te wennen.
In "Who wants to be an Isisaan?" heeft de groep elkaar en Isis een beetje leren kennen. 
Daarna snel naar de locatie beginnend op Eindhoven trein perron.
Leden moesten een puzzel oplossen om te weten naar welk eindstation. 
Eindelijk op de scoutingslocatie hiep hiep hoera.
Welkom in Breda!
Op Arthur na, even snel alle slaapspullen klaarzetten,
zodat we in de regen het bos konden bezetten. 
Danootjes tongen, struukn duukn en spoken
en eenmaal terug even de kachel opstoken. 
De volgende dag gingen we natuurlijk schaatsen en ons met chocolademelk verwennen.
Erna Breda centrum verkennen.
De Mac was gekoloniseerd,
een hamburger zonder burger werd niet zo geappreciëerd. 
De zaterdagavond stond voor spellen spelen en feest,
Flunkybal eiste die avond van bepaalde mensen het meest. 
Als afsluiter nog een keer naar de ijsbaan
en toen was het weer tijd om naar huis te gaan. 
Iedereen heel erg bedankt voor het komen naar deze festiteit!
We hope jullie snel te zien bij de eerst volgende Isis activiteit :)

Bij de eerste Interne Isis Wedstrijd waren er enorm veel leden aanwezig
en de wedstrijdcommissie druk bezig. 
Want wat was het o zo mooi om zoveel leden te zien rijden
en voor betere PR's te zien strijden.
Na de wedstrijd stond Zevus in het Super Prestige Klassement niet meer bovenaan,
en was Charlotte even koningin van de baan. 
Daarnaast waren alle startjes vastgelegd.
De video's komen het beste op het Isis Youtube kanaal tot hun recht. 
Bekijk deze filmpjes van 22 november maar gauw,
dan zien we nog meer mensen met PR's op IIW #2 in het Isis blauw. 

Er waren nog meer wedstrijden:
we stonden samen in Tilburg en Eindhoven te glijden.
Zaterdag 26 november bij T.S.S.V. Braga twee keer de 500 meter en 1000 meter.
Dit challengede de echte speed skater.
3 keer is scheepsrecht
en had de PR (zonder te vallen!) haar PR op de 500 meter verlegd. 
Na de wedstrijd op de OV fiets naar de overnachtingslocatie gesjeesd.
Daarna in Tilburg naar een feest. 
Zondag 27 november lekker chillen in Hubble café. 
Dit zat voor sommigen die ochtend niet mee. 
In de avond organiseerde E.S.S.V. Isis de Open Massastart.
Ondanks de regen en wind reed iedereen heel hard. 
Wat een mooi geluid maakt die bel.
De competitie en strategie maakten een amuserend spel.
Isis won veel prijzen. 
We wisten ons weer te bewijzen!
En deze man kan er wat van,
De persoon die nu bovenaan het SP staat is Stan. 
Bedankt wedstrijdcommissie voor de organisatie,
Brabant Weekend was een mooie collaboratie.

Dearest Isisians,

This month’s newsletter arrives a bit later,
because the PR-commissioner was busy doing other labor.
She was busy delivering many presents,
but luckily this is not something she resents.
Sinterklaas is now out of the country
but PR Piet will be helping write this newsletter, fortunately.
Therefore, everything is in rhyme,
which took a lot of time.
As always, this month we have been busy.
Great activities were the key.
We skated in other cities
and good work was done by our committees. 
A little fact in rhyme will not hurt
it is about the desert. 
Fixing this hot area is done by binding cameras on a camel.
Now we can find the desert on Google Earth because of this mammal.
In contrast, it becomes colder in the Netherlands,
now we can improve our PRs with seconds!
So let's skate
with your fellow Isis mate.

On November 14th a group of enthusiastic Isisians walked the well-known Glow path.
Chocolate with whipped cream and beers ensured a good trip, do the math.
It was a fantastic initiative organized by Lieke Crooijmans and Hugo Hulleman. 
Unfortunately, the route was not walked according to plan.
However, we enjoyed the great lights and shows.

The waggling was a success, till next year? Who knows... 

It was time to pick up the sticks
and start with the pool basics.
On November 16th we walked up some stairs to reach the pool room,
and then the festivities could bloom.
Beginners and advanced players stood around the tables,
and played like angels.
Someone even put a timer on for extra tension.
Was a real treat to see everyone running around, just to mention. 
People pooled with flair.

November 18th to 20th was the intro camp's date.
Where o where were we going to skate? 
First, an introduction quiz to get to know each other well.
"How to be an Isisiaan" brought good stories to tell. 
After that, we needed to go to the end location,
members needed to solve a puzzle, so they did not have to travel the entire nation. 
Finally, we were at the scouting house hiep hiep hoera.
Welcome to Breda!
Besides Arthur, everyone took out their sleeping beds and boots,
so we could go into the woods.
Danootje kissing, struukn duukn, ghosts
and doing tasks at posts.
The next day we went ice skating of course,
practicing starts with great force.
Then, exploring Breda center with fun assignments getting wack,
so we colonized the Mac. 
(We even got a burger as a snack)
Saturday night was all about games and a party.
Flunkybal was something exciting to see. 
As a seal to the weekend, we went to the rink again.
Watching a speed skating match on the phone to get zen.

At the first Internal Isis Competition, a lot of members were present.
Seeing you all skating was pleasant. 
Everything was organized by the competition committee,
who were o so busy. 
All members battled for new PRs.
You skated like stars!
After the competition, Zevus was not on top of the Super Prestige Klassement.
It was Charlotte who won, stay tuned on how the competition will end. 
Also, all starts are recorded.

Learning and practicing new PRs for IIW #2 is the key. 

There were more competitions,
in Tilburg and Eindhoven were our missions. 
Saturday, November 26th at T.S.S.V. Braga the 500 meter twice and the 1000 meter.
This challenges the real speed skater.
After three times de PR finally did not fall at the 500 meter,
yo, do not be a hater.
After the competition with the OV bike, we went fast to our sleeping location
to expand the party duration.
Sunday, November 27th it was relaxing in Hubble café. 
A nice moment to rest and stay. 
In the evening E.S.S.V. Isis organized the Open Massastart.
Despite the rain and wind, everyone skated very fast.
What a nice sound made the bell.
The last rounds of the competition were hard, everyone could tell.
But we won a lot of prizes. 
Proud of our association Isis!
And after this weekend this man,
the person who is number one of the SP, is Stan. 
Thank you competition committee for the organization,
Brabant Weekend was a beautiful collaboration.
