Monday | Skeelering

Location: High Tech Campus parking lot
Needed: skeelers, helmet (mandatory), protectors
The first few weeks we will start earlier due to the light outside. During skeeler training you learn the right balance, technique and speed to skate well. This workout is for every level! You can sign up for the training via the forms on the Isis website. There is also a skating committee that you can turn to for all your questions. In the description of the general Isis WhatsApp you can find the link to the skeeler group.
Tuesday | Dry training
Time: 18:30 - 20:00
Location: gathering in front of the SSC, training at the Karpendonkse Plassen
Needed: running shoes, sportswear adjusted to the weather
During dry training, you train your skating legs on endurance, strength, and technique. This workout is for every level! So don't be afraid that you can't keep up with the rest, because everyone does it at their own pace. You do not have to register here in advance.

Cycling Road Training
Time: 18:30 - 20:30
Location: gathering at the bridge near the Student Sport Centre
Needed: road bike, helmet (mandatory)
Expected to start in April, Squadra Veloce will train every Thursday on public roads in and around Eindhoven. There are usually three groups, where two groups ride different routes at different speeds, and one group practices intervals. We as Isis can join their training sessions!
